Buddy got to bring home Hoppy for a few days. He is the little frog that has adventures with each of his classmates. We get to take pictures and write in his journal to show all of his friends what we did for a few days.
Buddy had lots of fun playing with Buddy, but it didn't start out that way. Buddy was supposed to bring home Hoppy last week, but cried when the teacher tried to give it to him. We finally figured out that the teacher emphasises that they are not supposed to let little babies play with Hoppy or scribble in his journal. (to protect him) Buddy didn't want to take Hoppy home because he couldn't share Hoppy with Munchkin. His wonderful teacher found an extra frog in her supply just so that Buddy could share. It turned into a great few days and I love the fact that he was so excited to share with his little sister.
