Flowers

We are living in a desert area, and any grass is highly valued.  (You don't walk on the grass) It is interesting to see what plants are around and which plants are used for landscaping.  There are flowers, but it you don't slow down and look you might miss them. Many of them are close to the ground.  I need to take more pictures of them, but I only took a picture of the big flower when I happened to notice it on the cactus.

Spring is coming

Things have been slowly warming up around here.  Daddy has been taking lots of pictures of the flowers.  These are all his pictures.  

The part that made me smile was that I asked him to mow the lawn (the weeds were tall) and he had to take a picture of the weeds before he mowed them.
